A selection of Dijon clones grown there mature during the long growing season before hand picking at harvest. The new wine ages in a select variety of oaks from specific forests an in France. The best barrels are blended and given a light filtration before bottling. Pure perfection in balance of fruit complexities, barrel ageing and the artful craft of the winemaker. 156 Cases

The most recent addition to the Parkhurst "Pinot" lineup is this delicious Meunier. While traditionally known as one of the three classic varietals used in the production of Champagne, it is well recognized by talented winemakers (like our Chris Graves) for exceptional body and richness. The complexity of red fruit flavors abound with earthy notes of mushroom and autumn foliage with just a touch of French oak.

Vineyard holdings from our extended family in Napa Valley have produced the Zinfandel grapes which we are fortunate to have as a hallmark of our new beginning in life. This exciting red has characteristic aromas of rich, dark berries, brambly spice and toasty oak complexities while maintaining a beautiful balance of dark and rich fruit flavors.

A classically inspired blend of 85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir. This bubbly sits beautifully on the palate with luscious notes of sparkling fruit. Playful, celebratory and reminiscent of the best Roses from France's famed Champagne district. Elevate your palate with this delicious sparkler.

Quite different from our elegant and decidedly precocious 2017 vintage Pinot. This vintage saw a harvest which yielded a more structured and classic framework worthy of a few years of cellaring before enjoyment. Once again, we have crafted a Pinot Noir with a blend of Dijon Clones and the historical Pommard variety that is well suited for drinking now and holding for a few more years. Traditional French cooperage gives this red its engaging oak framework and contributes to its luscious appeal.

Deeply colored and brooding Cabernet with layers of rich complexity. This wine displays classic varietal aromatics with judicious French oak scents that abound uniquely as the wine opens. On the palate, the wine is rich with dark red fruit flavors, notable wood spice notes and firm structure. This wine hails from the highest altitude Cabernet vineyard in the Applegate appellation. 75 Cases Produced.

This Rogue Valley white has quickly become a local favorite. Blessed with delicious varietal flavors redolent of melon, and honeysuckle, this dry white is far and away our most versatile offering as far as culinary pairings. Easily balancing between casual bites with friends and serious entrees, our Viognier displays unique complexity and approachableness for wine lovers of all types.

The follow-up vintage to our wildly successful and highly medaled 2017 vintage, this 2019 carries the torch of the prior release but further refines the varietal expression. Deeper color and aromatic character than its predecessor, this soft and surprisingly precocious red exemplifies Grenache as a varietal and the Rogue Valley as a viticultural location of tremendous diversity. Elegantly lush on the palate with refinement and judicious notes of French oak.

Predominantly composed of Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and additional Bordeaux varietals. This is an extremely approachable red blend that is beautifully suited to pair with heartier fare. It's also the perfect foil for firm cheeses, dried fruits and select charcuterie meats.

This Bordeaux varietal excels in the Rogue Valley. With surprising bottlings coming from vineyards in and around the Applegate Valley, it's no doubt that many Sommeliers are discovering just how great this grape can be made here. This 2017 offering has considerable structure, depth of varietal expression, delicious French oak complexities and complex palate appeal. Certainly, a Merlot that appeals to the "Near Term" Cabernet drinker but appreciates the approachableness of the varietal.

"The Box" is our very special red blend that embodies the finest expression of varietal character from the Rogue Valley blended into a singular, special wine. With Tempranillo as the primary varietal, we selected unusually complimentary varietals to blend in this flagship wine. The wine is sumptuous and seductive in structure and character. We feel that "The Box" expresses everything that we want to say about our winemaking experience here in Southern Oregon in one delicious and rare bottle!

A beautiful and delicious Rose comprised of 100% Grenache Noir harvested early for a pleasing balance of refreshing acidity and ripe varietal fruit flavors wrapped in a beautiful rose hue. 

LIMITED SEASONAL PRODUCTION

Stomp Vineyard. This very special, handcrafted Pinot is the result of Dijon Clones from high altitude vineyards blended for the maximum expression of vineyard location. The predominance of Clone 667 shows a signature of dark cherry/bramble spice laying at the core of the wine. Complexities from clones 115 and 777, add elegance on the palate. Judicious barrel ageing rounds out this gem. 112 Cases Produced. 

This medium bodied wine is the perfect summer red. It sports a beautiful Garnet color and offers waves of splashy red fruit featuring aromas of Strawberry, Rhubarb and exotic spices. This wines amiable softness on the palate holds a generous flavor profile. Rich and certainly complex yet very quaffable. This red is a joy to drink and share with any cuisine and certainly good friends. 120 Cases produced.
